This floor has great space: an outdoor kitchen, featuring a dining table perfect for enjoying meals, morning coffees, or time with your loved ones.

The villa offers a nice green and lush garden to play in and a large swimming pool allowing you to cool down after a day full of adventures on the island.

Please note that a complimentary mid-stay cleaning is included exclusively for stays of more than 7 nights. If your stay is shorter, or if you would simply like additional freshening up, we offer extra cleaning services for 1,300 THB per visit (laundry not included).
We recommend using a car or a motorbike to explore the area.

5. Deposit :
A refundable security deposit of THB 10,000 is required in cash at check-in.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
