Personal check in and check out with a daily Maid service included.
Option all services available on request, including and not limited to a personal chef, massage and car or scooter rental all available through our guest service team every day at an additional charge. Our team also provide bookings for local attractions.
With several Golfs courses nearby, ideal for your golfing tour, or for that family gateway in a peaceful tranquil setting away from the bright lights of the city
Security Deposit:
1-3 nights: 3,000 THB
4-7 nights: 4,000 THB
8-14 nights: 5,000 THB
15 nights or longer: 10,000 baht
The deposit will be refunded in full upon check -out, provided there are no damages or outstanding
Please note: Electricity is not included in the rental price, it cost 6 THB per Kilowatt. Our team read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
